Mummies, Please Advise If Anyone Ever Experience This

Hi mummies, my last period was during September till now I have no menses.. But I realised there is red brown discharge/spotting.and having cramp recently. I think this is implantation bleeding.. I also did a pregnancy test before, its negative. What should I do? Is it normal? Anyone ever had this experience before??

Implantation bleeding may occur in early pregnancy. After bleeding ends n cleared, can try preg test again. Make a appointment with GP or gynae for a blood test. Which is more accurate.

    Once it’s cleared, I would recommend test after a week or so.

    Have a check at gynae. They can do tests and have a scan
