Not sure about how often but definitely 2 per year. More to feel and try out the actual products. You have to go there with closed ears else you’ll probably end up buying a lot (mostly selling in bulk discounts or PWP) from listening to the sales person there. Prices online are usually cheaper than MM baby fairs (especially during double digits sales like 1.1/2.2). You can browse online on the stuffs you want first, then go down the fair to try out first then decide.

thank you!!

If I'm not wrong, opens quarterly. I compared prices for essentials - only the big ticket items are cheaper. Like cot, carrier, stroller, car seat, cord blood banking. Everything else can buy online cheaper

Exactly! Btw for the big items there's also delivery option usually but might have wait time so you want to factor in. I went for the mummy's market 2.5 months before my EDD, stroller and cot etc took about 1.5 months to be delivered straight to my home.
