Oh dear, please don't worry alone, what you're describing sounds like it could be a chemical pregnancy, which is basically a very early miscarriage that happens before the hospital can confirm it properly by the time you go in. A mum I know went through something similar, where her home tests were all positive but by the time she got to the hospital a couple of days later, the hCG levels had already dropped so much that both the urine and blood tests came back negative. The bleeding and cramps you're feeling are real and your body is going through something, so please don't let anyone dismiss you, if the bleeding is very heavy or the pain is getting worse, do go back to the hospital or see a gynaecologist who can check you properly and give you the support you need. You're not imagining it, and you deserve proper answers and care!
