Mensesn cramp feeling

Hi mummies... This isnmy first time pregnancy. I am currently in week 36+. Sometimes I feel like I have got menstrual cramp for a while... Is this normal?

Isit braxton hicks? Bt monitor ur cramps. If its frequent n getting painful could be contractions..
