Pregnancy

18 weeks- keep waking up in the middle of the night

Hi mummies. Isit normal to keep waking up in the middle of the night at 18weeks + I would wake up for no reason ans just toss and turn. Also mostly cos I am not used to sleeping on the left side. But i try to cos i read sleeping on the back and right side are not good. 🥲#advicepls #pregnancy #firstbaby
