What to eat?

Hello Mommies! Happy CNY! I am now on my 17 weeks. My eating habit is hard, I always feel hungry every hour every after meal. Also I still haven’t get back my full appetite. So when i eat, i eat in small amount then once in awhile get hungry eat again. I struggle in what food or what best food to eat every minute. Appreciate your suggestion Mommies 🙏🏻 #firstbaby

I would say don’t stress too much on the foods. Eat what you feel like. If you’re looking for healthy suggestions, try oats, nuts, fruits, crackers, milk. 😊

Maybe we have the same OB who dont believe in dairy. I was advised to stay away from bread and biscuits and eat fruits during snacks instead. You can try banana, nuts and dates
