spotting n cramps

Hi mummies, am in 12 weeks of pregnancy. Having light brown discharge and abit of crampings. Gynae ask me to go a&e tml but tml is ph n it will b quite expensive? Not sure is it normal or should i wait till tuesday when the clinic is open? Please advise. Thk u
