Just Mums

Hi mummies, I'm wondering what you would do when you're out without your lo and knowing your breast is full. Eg, you're out running errands, shopping or playing sports for long hours. I was playing sports (obviously it took me long enough to reach back home) and went out of my pumping schedule and then it led to engorgement. So I'm really worried if in future I need to be somewhere without my lo and the environment is not convenient for me to pump. Eg, after playing sports, I can't possibly pump in my sweaty self or attending friend's wedding (alone) . I wouldn't want to bring such big bag just for my pumps and bottle.
