Anyone Taking Blackmore Travel Calm Ginger Tablet For Morning Sickness?

Hi all mummies, I'm on my week 8 and have tried all sort of remedy Including vitamin B6 from gyne but still doesn't work. My nausea and vomiting is bad during the day. Anyone tried the above ginger tablet? And does it help?
