Hi there! I have an active boy as well and I got pregnant when he was just before 2 years old. For a start, should you conceive, your LO somehow will have a sense of it, perhaps you can ask what is his/her thoughts on having a sibling and you can get a feel of it. I still co sleep with my boy even till now, you can use a pregnancy pillow to sort of support your tummy & cushion against his/her movement.
Don’t worry! You will find a way and as your tummy gets bigger and show, you can tell your LO that there’s a baby inside and they will understand. Don’t underestimate their ability to comprehend things, you will be surprised. Just take it easy and things will fall in place
