Peed In My Pants

Hi mummies, Im only about 5 weeks pregnant and already peeing very frequently. There were times I sneezed and realised I peed my pants. Is this normal? Or the liquid leaking out is amniotic fluid?

It’s normal to pee frequently as our uterus is expanding and pressing on to the bladder. Don’t worry it’s definitely not the amniotic fluid. As long as you don’t bleed while sneezing or peeing, you should be fine. Otherwise do consult your doc ok? Take care.
