normal or nahh.

Hello mummies.. Im in my 7 weeks right now and sometimes i have difficulties in taking my breath even when im sitting! When i sleep i need to sit upright.. Does this have something to do with my eating routine or its normal to have difficulties in taking breath? TIA.
