hi mummies i’m having shingles now and i’m prescribed acyclovir by the doc. doc said to pump and dump however i’ve read up on the meds and there isn’t any need to as it’s safe for breastfeeding. the shingles is at my hand however baby has stop latching so i only express now, do i still have to dump? i do not have the luxury of isolating myself and letting others take care of my baby too, his 5mths but i wear long sleeves incase the blister pops
