Ivy Leaf cough mixture safe during pregnancy?

Hi mummies, I’m having dry cough with phelgm and was prescribed Ivy Leaf cough mixture by a doctor. I would like to know if any mummies taken during their pregnancy? I’m in my second trimester and would like to just confirm for a peace of mind as I would like to avoid medication as much as possible! I have also taken warm honey as well as plenty of H2O but my cough persisted. Thank you!
