Must you exercise to prepare for labour?

Hi mummies, I'm a FTM here. A little rant but also want to know if any of you actually do labour related exercises (e.g. Squats, Kegal, Walking) in preparation for labour? I'm having colleagues bombarding me on telling me to exercise so that "it" opens easier down there during delivery. Honestly, it's really tiring especially now that I'm in my third trimester. I do light walking every now and then. Is it sufficient?

light walking is sufficient, do what you and your body can. i personally do fitness ball exercises but not much too. some mummies don’t even do anything at all. well meaning advice but can be annoying so just ignore whatever is not applicable.
