Hi mummies, im a first time mum and very anxious and don’t know what’s going on! I am estimated 4 weeks by my blood test results. Just wanna know you guys deal with the nausea! I took a bus today and felt like I had to throw up so bad and I had to mentally stop myself as the bus was crowded I don’t look pregnant (yet) so people gonna think I’m either a drunk or sick. Also, I haven’t been to the gynae yet so my only platform of information is here by personal experiences by u guys. Thanks for any help!
I'm going through the same thing, currently 6 weeks and not able to keep anything down. I tried eating a few pieces of raw ginger, it calmed my nausea for a while. I've heard ginger is quite effective, you can try it out

I boiled ginger water and took sips when I feel nauseous!
Can try lemon water. I felt nauseous for the past week and tried lemon water ytd and it works for me.
