Need Advice

Hi mummies, I'm currently working part-time but as my husband works in retail shift work, i can only work on his off days. But as my kids now 1 is in primary sch and 1 is in early intervention, i cannot work weekdays now. Actually i thought of resigning since I'm not earning much now and working 2 days a month does not really helps in household expenses and the company. What should I do?
