Can we take diclectin and metoclopramide together?

Hi mummies, I'm currently on my wk 12+. Been suffering from nausea since wk 6. My gynae prescribed me with diclectin on week 8. Then by wk 11 my nausea worsen and my gynae asked me to try metoclopramide when I went back for help. Taking them separately is not giving me any effect. I wonder if it's safe to take both medicines together? FYI, I'm also using the sea band. In a nutshell, nothing works. My gynae has suggested that I visit the hospital for iv drip as I'm severely dehydrated. #pleasehelp #advicepls #pleaseadvise
