My baby came out at 2.6KG (2.8KG on scan) at 40.3 weeks. My gynae highlighted at week 32 that baby was on the smaller side and asked me to try and put on weight.
I spammed a lot of egg whites, chicken breast (I don’t take beef, otherwise you can try beef), avocados daily. Bbt maybe 2-3 times a week (gynae asked me to go and spam all the coke and calories lol 😂). Baby increased about 200G a week. Baby came out fine and healthy, just on the smaller side. Even at 21m now, she’s only 9.2KG.
