My friend went through something similar here in Singapore and was advised to do a fetal echocardiogram on top of the amnio, which gave a much clearer picture of whether the heart structure was truly normal, so it's worth asking your doctor specifically about that if it hasn't been scheduled yet. The way I see it, you've already done the right things, NIPT low risk, heart looks normal, amnio in progress, so the pieces are actually pointing in a reasonable direction, though it makes sense to wait for the full picture before drawing conclusions.
