Hello mummies.
I’m currently just hit 37 weeks, and I would like to ask, I’ve been feeling very exhausted lately. Been waking up at odd timings, can’t go back to sleep, can’t even have a good night sleep.
My body feels like it’s breaking down. Any tips to get by? I’m working in the nursing industry and I wouldn’t want to take anymore HL as it may affect my chances to apply for school next year.
Do let me know any tips you guys may have. Thank you!
