Just Mums

Week 13/14

Hi mummies! I'm currently almost 14 weeks and I feel that all of my early pregnancy symptoms are gone. No more nauseous feeling, tender breasts or tiredness. Is this normal? Do I need to get my baby checked? Also, is it still ok to be sleeping on my back? Have been reading that I should be sleeping on my left side but I find that to be really uncomfortable. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes it’s normal. Symptoms can come and go. It is okay to sleep on your back thru out your entire pregnancy, just don’t stay on your back for too long. I sat down and sleep in trimester 3 cause left, right, back all didn’t work out for me. 😅
