how long did your post partum hair fall last?

Hi mummies, I'm currently 4+ months post partum and the amount of hair fall is alarming. How long is the shedding period gonna last? I counted at least 120 strands while washing hair and another 50+ strands when I brush them dry. At this rate I believe I will be bald soon ?
