Hi mummies! I’m currently 39+4 weeks and have a scheduled induction for the 21st due to my GDM. I’ve been feeling off and on pain since the morning at the bottom side of my stomach and now I can feel the pain in my back as well. I read that contractions are supposed to he 45-60 seconds and to time them 5-10 minutes later, but it seems like this pain just is consistent and goes away for a while but comes back with the same intensity.
I can feel baby moving but the movements are slightly less active than normal at this timing.
Please advise if I should head down to the hospital or if I should continue monitoring?
