hi mummies, im currently 32 weeks is it okay to eat ice? i have been craving for ice recently

it’s fine to eat as per my gynae. but it’s usually a sign of low iron. have u get it checked?
Of cos! Ice is basically water so it can keep us hydrated and cool too :)
