Low fetus weight
Hi mummies, i’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and my gynae said my baby’s weight is low (under 1Kg). So what are the types of food i should eat more?
I drank materna milk chocolate flavor and it really helps alot! I only gained 1kg throughout the whole 9 mths but my 4th baby came out naturally at 3.08kg 🤭 Some will say eat durians but actually not good for both you (high in sugar) & baby cos will have high jaundice (based on my experience although I ate in moderation). Can try avocado also.
Read moreSame like you. My baby weight was low too.My baby was 2.1kg when he was born. For me, I drank maternal milk twice day. Keep on eating for every 2-3 hrs. Be it fruits , bread or rice.
My gynae told me to drink maternal milk at least 3 times a day and to add protein in diet. Occasionally I had durian too but don’t know how effective that is.
More proteins. I drank alottt of milk n ate alottt of almonds and it did increase the weight in 2 wks
I eat a lot fast food and I always need to have supper before bed 😅
Durian!! It do helps alot ... but don’t over eat it ...
Drink milk esp the one for preggy ladies😊
Can try to eat avocado or durian
