TAILBONE PAIN POSTPARTUM

hello mummies, im currently 2 weeks pp. and im having pain on my tailbone. isit normal ? what can i do for relief ? and how long will this pain last 😢

Me!🤚🏼 and i tot i was the only one experiencing this. The pain really comes n go.. very irritating! And im alr 2 and a half mth liao!!

    I didnt do anything 😂😅 still have to work n carry baby… esp when lie down on back too long, sm times hard to get up..
