TAILBONE PAIN POSTPARTUM

hello mummies, im currently 2 weeks pp. and im having pain on my tailbone. isit normal ? what can i do for relief ? and how long will this pain last 😢

Do you take epidural? I went through tailbone pain postpartum with my first child when I took epidural, it lasted for at least 3 months for me. It's very inconvenient to get up or walk around so I understand your pain. I did not take epidural with my second child and everything is normal.

I can't do much. I was complaining almost everyday to my husband on how painful it is and that's when I decided not to take epidural for the next one but my husband help to massage the pain area. The pain won't go away but it will calm you down, hopefully it will go away sooner for you
