Menses only appear once after giving birth

Hi mummies, I'm on contraceptive pills and have been consuming it since baby was 1 month old. I realised that my menses came shortly after giving birth upon consuming pills despite breastfeeding. Since then, my menses have not came. Baby is going 6 months old. Does any one face this before? # #contraceptivepills #nomensturation

Yes pills will mess up hormones therefore irregular or no period. Very common. If youre worried can always go back to the hospital or gp

Hm. If you bleed right after giving birth, it's lochia, not menses. Are u certain it's menses and not lochia?

im certain it's menses as the gynae or doc confirmed it. I had a 2 weeks break after my postpartum bleeding before menses.
