Hi mummies, I’m coming in to Week 5 of my pregnancy. Have yet to attend any doctor’s appointment but I’ve read and heard a lot that we should start taking the supplements now. I’m stuck between these two: Blackmores Folate Acid OR Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Advanced Gold Which is more beneficial and better for both mummy & baby’s development?
