Cramps at 20 Weeks
Hi Mummies. I'm at 20 weeks and I'm experiencing cramps at my lower abdomen. Anyone have the same experience? Is this normal? I'm very worried.

it’s likely round ligament pain, feels like cramps or dull aches or sharp pains even.. it’s normal. monitor if it doesn’t go away (more than 1 day?), intensifies badly or if there’s bleeding.. my pain once lasted 2pm-12am when i went to sleep, but better the next day
