Hi mummies. Im 14 weeks pregnant, and my lower back really hurts so bad. Is it normal to have backaches this early? 😣

We in the same situation , hurts really bad . Bodyclock got worse at night . Try to do slight stretching if not your bone and muscles will be tight .
