Covid Positive

Hi mummies. I’m 11 weeks pregnant and just checked that I’m covid positive. It’s my first time for both being pregnant and getting covid. Should I go to NUH A&E or should I just listen to my tele consult doctor and just stay home and recuperate. I’m worried about the pregnancy.

I got Covid when I was in 26 weeks, my gynae advised to stay home unless there’s spotting or pain. I stayed home and recovered with meds from GP. But one night I felt stomach pain the whole night can’t sleep, so next day (day7 Covid) went to KKH A&E to check and turns out everything is fine. Baby is fine and safe. If you’re just worried about baby due to Covid then don’t worry, baby will be okay! I have a few pregnant friends who gotten Covid previously and have already delivered baby safely now. But if you’re feeling any pain anywhere then yes you should get it checked!
