Help!

Hi mummies im 10wkpp. I exercise and run 6 times a week yet im not losing weight!! Im also exclusive pumping.. what is possibly the issue!??

Hi, It generally takes time for the body to adapt. Hence I would suggest, that continue exercising and have a healthy diet. Gradually you will start seeing the effect. Fitness is more important to be maintained :)

It took me 4.5 months to get back to pre pregnancy weight. Been bfing and taking care of baby by myself. Always feel hungry after pumping or nursing usually I will control not to eat so much.
