What helped me this time was making sure you eat sth every 2 hrs and sip fluids. Nausea feeling can overwhelm hunger cues which leads to more vomiting or rejecting of whatever you put in your mouth. So you can try just a few mouth of biscuits and nuts. Plain walnuts works for me all the time. Taste awful but works, you can try

I had really bad morning sickness too in my first trimester 😅 What helped me was cold coconut water, ice-cold lemon water, and sipping electrolyte drinks slowly throughout the day. Small sips worked better than drinking a lot at once. If you’re vomiting a lot and can’t keep fluids down, do check with your gynae too. ❤️

Best to avoid coconut water in first and 2nd trimester, best to drink on the last 2 weeks before delivery, no pineapple at all!

My gynae recommend some ginger tea or peppermint tea to help with the morning sickness. But take your drinks or food slower, it helps. ☺️ Food wise, try to have something light and easier to digest, example soup based food or porridge.

You can try eating Pink Lady Apple (from NTUC), 100 plus zero sugar or kiwi 🥝 (sometimes it have the sweet sour that can curb vomiting, pick the one that is firmer. I usually buy the green kiwi)

I had morning sickness till week 18! You can try drinking cold water. It helps me to hydrate especially since I have heartburn too :)

Try Formi orange flavor!
