C Section Day 1
Hi mummies I am wondering how do u wash your face, brush teeth etc on day 1 of your c section since you cannot come down the bed? I cannot recall how I do it for my first born

Wear surgical binder to help you move around. Yes it still hurts but helped alot. 1st day no brush teeth. Nurse give mouth wash. Face ask nurse give a bowl of water wash with your cleanser at bed. If not facial wipes
