I’m GD too. Drinking full cream fresh milk helps a lot. Me and hubby could finish 1 litre bottle of Meiji full cream fresh milk in 2 days. However hubby is only drinking 2 cups of coffee with milk max a day. Me and baby finishing the rest 😄
My Gynae recommended to drink maternal milk at least 2-3 times daily. To include eggs (egg yolk), wholemeal bread, cheese, nuts in diet too.
You can try chicken essence. Good source of protein and helps for GD also.
I ate beef stew for 2 weeks and baby was born at healthy weight 2.8kg.
u can drink natural protein shake. im a GD patient too.
I am a GD patient too. Eat more fruits and avocadoes.
Drink more milk and eat avocado or drink avocado milk
3 boil eggs and fresh soya bean daily...
