Change hospital anybody?

I have been in this situation. Due to my existing condition NICu is needed and Kkh nicu is better than sgh. I changed hospital from sgh to Kkh after 4th month. I requested my doctor to refer me to another doctor of her choice in Kkh she herself called and helped me arrange my follow up appointments. In this way I dint miss any appointments and transfer was easily done.

You can ask the Dr on your next appointment, I requested NUH after my first appointment. Dr asked me to call NUH myself for the transfer but actually we cant do that ourselves after i called, We need dr’s discharge letter & they have to process it on their end for the transfer.

they will have documents and referral to be processed by the doctor at your current hospital . you can ask your doctor in charge for more info regarding the transfer :)
