I just take blackmores. Not sure what kkh gave as its like prescription type. Aside from folic acid i also did monthly wet cupping (fertility hijama) which kind of regulated my period, i was able to ovulate and conceive.
i am going to try the blacksmore's or the swisse one. Not sure whats the diff. im currently taking the folic acid meds given by my neighbourhood doctor 🫶🏽
I took Blackmores . we tried for few months didn't get preg . but after I started taking Blackmores folic acid and we succeeded . Now I'm 36weeks pregnant.
You can just consume any folic acid supplements! Easily found at pharmacy like watsons or guardian!
i bought the cheapest from Unity pharmacy, hehe. all brand is ok as long as it's folic acid
Theres no brand from KKH. Just a prescription. You can just get it at $4.50 from Watson.
u can just buy from watson or guardian pharmacy. is the same and cheap.
