Diarrhoea during third trimester

Hi mummies, I usually have constipation (usually only hard stools even if I managed to poop) from prepregnancy till today…. I started having diarrhoea and the stomach pain is bearable but painful. I don’t know how to describe it… it’s probably like those diarrhoea pain but you refused to go toilet kind. It’s my second visit to the toilet since I woke up at 11am. Baby is still moving actively (even when I’m in the toilet), no blood in stools. Should I be worried? I am currently 33 weeks. #pleasehelp #firstbaby
