Gynae at Thomson & SGH
Hello mummies, I am thinking of going to either Thomson medical hosp or SGH for delivery. Anyone has a recommendation of a good female gynae at these hospitals? Thank you in advance 🙏
I delivered at Thomson with Dr Chua from the Women's Centre and found her really attentive throughout, though I know a few mums who swear by their doctors at SGH too so both hospitals have good ones. The main thing is whether you prefer a smaller private setup versus a public hospital vibe, and honestly your own comfort with the gynae matters more than the hospital name. I'd suggest asking around in your antenatal classes or your current PD for personal recommendations since it's such a personal choice, and maybe do a consultation with one or two to see who you click with better.
