Sudden dryness of skin

Hi mummies! i suddenly develop dryness of skin, im not too sure why. my skin used to not be like this, the moist ok. Any tips? i hydrate myself alot cause im always thirsty but..... should i change my skin care routine? Oh yes my hands & feet too sigh... any tips?

I also get this sudden dryness of skin in my first and second pregnancy too! I just moisturise more often (after shower and before sleep). I bring alone a small tube of moisturiser on the go to moisturise if my skin gets dry when Im outside. Somehow it seems to be better eventually
