Hi Mummies, i just started my morning sickness and i am going to be 6 weeks now. I have been having diarrhoea for the past 2 days and been vomiting everything out. I have yet to see my gynae (1st appt will be on may) and not able to ask for an advice. Should i be worried? Should i see GP dr? #pleasehelp #firstbaby
