Help first time mummy confused

Hi mummies. May i know what kind of biscuit or snacks do u guys usually eat? I realised i tend to feel nausea whenever i did not eat even if i already had my meal. #pregnancy #advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby

I eat plain crackers & dried fruits (really help my nauseous), but i would choose those with low sugar level.

plain crackers , biscuits Marie , those varieties of butter biscuits in round tin
