You can call the nuh appointment hotline and try booking a new appointment. Once you’ve secured the appointment, then cancel your current kkh one. Try to get hard copies of all your test results + scan reports from kkh to bring to nuh. Not everything may be accessible from the electronic medical records because both hospitals are from different clusters
