Milk rash?Drool rash?

my son has something like this a month ago. i was super stress & frustrated. i went to poly, the doc says it’s fungal. applied but no cure. a week later went to see pd it says eczema. my hearts breaks. that would be the last thing i want to hear. doc gave me steroid cream i only applied a few times. & physiogel AI cream. after sometime it lessen. i stopped using all of the above & started having Alobaby. it works like magic. on too of it.. every feeding i will dap with water. & each time he has drools at his mouth i will use water to wipe it too. i do it diligently until it’s gone. i bought a spray bottle at daiso easier for me. always keep his mouth area dry. & lookout for drools. very tedious but i want my 5month old baby to cure.
