High resistance in left uterine artery

Hello mummies, i have recently done with the 20 weeks detailed scan and my gynae said that I have high resistance in left uterine artery (RI:0.71) and prescribed me with aspirin. Wondering if any mummies have experienced this and how you cope with it? Can’t help but to worry.

I went through something similar during my second pregnancy and honestly the worry is so real, but the fact that your gynae already caught it early and started you on aspirin means you are in good hands. Just make sure you go for all your follow-up scans as scheduled and flag any concerns to your gynae straight away so they can monitor things closely.
