Stomach ache and diarrhoea

Hi mummies, I have been some stomach discomfort for the past 3 days. Can I consume Gaviscon to get rid the pain? I am afraid to apply any medicated oil on my lower abdomen. The pain starts in the late afternoon and leads to diarrhoea.
