schedule for 3 months old baby

Hi mummies, i am going back to work soon. Would like to plan a schedule for my baby such that he can sleep through the night with scheduled feeding. He is taking formula milk. Can share with me your schedule?

There is no such schedule that can make baby sleep thru the night. If there is, all parents would follow that schedule already. Babies sleep thru when they are ready. Or you can sleep train them. There is a fb group regarding sleep training I think. But for me, I didn’t sleep train them. I just ensure that I go thru the same night routine every night, so my kids know it is bedtime. I don’t have much issues with my kids sleeping at night.
