Knee pain after C-section is really common, the weak core from the surgery throws off how your whole body compensates, so the knees end up taking extra load. A postpartum massage can help, and once you're cleared, gentle exercises to rebuild your core actually make a big difference for the joint pain too. A friend of mine also swore by SRC C-section recovery shorts for support during the healing phase. Do check with your gynae or a physio though, just to rule out anything specific to your recovery!
